A: You’ll typically receive the report within 24–48 hours of submitting your athlete’s profile.

Q: Do you log in to my child’s account?

A: No. We never log in. You simply make the account public, and we review it from a coach’s perspective. We then provide safe, actionable steps for your athlete to update their profile.

Q: What if my child’s profile is missing good photos, videos, or a highlight reel?

A: If your athlete needs better content, we recommend Combine Day, which is Recruit Labs Certified. They specialize in creating professional highlight reels, photos, and videos specifically designed for recruiting purposes.

Q: Do you review platforms other than Instagram?

A: Yes. While Instagram is the most common, we can also review TikTok, Twitter/X, and Hudl links if you’d like.

Q: Is my child’s information kept private?

A: Absolutely. Profiles are only reviewed by the Recruit Labs team. Nothing is posted or shared without your permission.

A: No. Recruit Labs doesn’t promise scholarships or placements. Instead, we make sure your athlete’s online presence is professional, polished, and ready for the eyes of college coaches.
